How do we operate?

 

To keep the price as favorable as possible, we have chosen not to provide packaging. You can purchase packaging yourself locally. Of course, you will pack your items to be sent and fill out the required form yourself. In consultation with you, we arrange for your package to be picked up by a reputable parcel service (we ensure that it is collected through UPS, DHL, DPD, etc.). This way, the costs for you are more advantageous than if you were to arrange it yourself. However, you are also welcome to send it to our depot yourself.


After we receive your package, we will inspect it to ensure that the contents comply with customs requirements. We will record this on camera so that you can also be sure that we are handling it correctly. (We will keep the footage until your package is received).


Once we have gathered enough packages for a shipment, we will inform you of the date and the expected arrival date. We will strive to ensure that this does not take too long! Upon arrival in the Dominican Republic, we will arrange with the recipient whether the package will be picked up or delivered. (Delivery at an additional cost).
